Hi, I’m Kady
I’m Kady Thompson, a nutrition coach passionate about helping people and athletes make better nutritional choices and build healthier lifestyles.
I started KT Sports & Recovery because I genuinely enjoy supporting others on their journey, whether that’s improving everyday nutrition, managing weight, or fuelling performance for sport.
My Background
I’m currently studying a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy degree, now in my first year, alongside working part time. As part of my degree, I’m completing placement work at Burnley Football Academy, working alongside physiotherapists to gain hands-on experience in a professional sporting environment.
This has given me valuable insight into how the body works, particularly for athletes, and how important nutrition is for performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
My Approach
I believe nutrition should be realistic, supportive, and tailored to the individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and I don’t believe in extreme diets or quick fixes.
My focus is on:
- Building sustainable habits
- Improving confidence around food
- Supporting long-term lifestyle change
